Information for our Exhibitors:

Welcome to the 12th annual Kids Outdoor Adventure Expo presented by Green Umbrella and Great Parks of Hamilton County!

With 5,000 children and families expected to participate this year, Kids Expo has become the largest FREE interactive outdoor environmental education event for children in the Midwest. The Expo is a unique opportunity to encourage children’s interest in the outdoor world and recreation activities. With over 60 interactive exhibits and hands-on activities, the event is designed to engage, educate and entertain while helping children learn what they can do to protect and enjoy the environment and stay healthy.
We invite your organization to take part in this year’s Kids Expo. This event brings together area organizations for the largest outdoor youth environmental education program in the region. It is a full-day event with entertainment, exhibits, and presenters throughout the entire day. Each year we organize exhibits into four different outdoor adventure-inspired themes:

Let’s Move! Teaching kids about safety, nutrition and health

Get up and get your body moving in the Let’s Move village, where your energy will never run out! Run, jump, play, climb, dance and learn what to eat, so that you can always keep your body moving. Then test your new skills on the obstacle course.

Let’s Explore! Teaching kids about nature and wildlife

Get outside and fulfill your curiosity in the Let’s Explore village! Get up close and personal with nature and wildlife. Come on this journey with us and discover what you can find in your own backyard.

Let’s Splash! Teaching kids about water safety and aquatic life

Get drenched with knowledge about water quality and safety in the Let’s Splash village! You can go fishing in Winton Lake, learn how to put on a lifejacket and paddle in a raft on Winton Lake.

Let’s Be Green! Teaching kids how to reduce, reuse and recycle

Get dirty and see how you can make a difference in the Let’s Be Green village! Discover what you can do to become a steward of the environment: planting, composting, recycling, and gardening all to care for your world. Create arts and crafts from reused materials!
As an Exhibitor, you will interact with groups of children of all ages. There is an emphasis on hands-on, interactive activities that focus on science, nature, art, outdoor recreation and health, or the environment. We encourage you to contact us if you would like some help developing this type of experience.
